Roots and Wings Montessori, founded in 2008, serves children age 2 years 9 months through age 5.   We are conveniently located 1 1/2 miles off exit 9 of Interstate 87 in Clifton Park, NY. 

Our  mission is to develop and nurture a child's love of learning and sense of social and personal responsibility using the child-centered Montessori philosophy and curriculum to develop the intellectual, spiritual, physical, artistic and academic excellence inherent in each child.

  Our Montessori trained teachers place materials on the shelves with the educational needs and ability levels of each individual child in mind. 

  Our curriculum includes not only an educational component but it is done in a non-competitive, peaceful environment.
