Roots and Wings Montessori, a private preschool founded in 2008, we serve children ages 18 months through age 5.   We are conveniently located 1 1/2 miles off exit 9 of Interstate 87 in Clifton Park, NY. This makes us an easy commute for families from the surrounding areas of Saratoga, Malta, Latham Mechanicville, Ballston areas and Rexford.  Although in the town of Clifton Park, we are fortunate to be on a long drive that surrounded by trees and off the busy roads.  

Our  mission is to develop and nurture a child's love of learning and sense of social and personal responsibility using the child-centered Montessori philosophy and curriculum to develop the intellectual, spiritual, physical, artistic and academic excellence inherent in each child.

Our Montessori trained teachers place materials on the shelves with the early educational needs and ability levels of each individual child in mind. 

Our curriculum includes not only an educational component but it is done in a non-competitive, peaceful environment.  Our Montessori preschool  makes us a not a child care but a place where your son or daughter can learn while being taken care of.
